Integrative Womb Hara Massage

A 2-hour womb and abdominal session designed to support trauma healing, fertility, postpartum recovery, and pelvic and menstrual health — while gently restoring feminine reconnection.

Serving West Michigan, located at Preserve Wellness Spa in Kalamazoo

Trauma

For healing from birth and birth trauma, sexual or medical trauma, miscarriage, abortion, and emotional patterns stored in the pelvis. Facilitates reconnection to your body womb space, and feminine essence.

Postpartum Care

For organ repositioning, pelvic recovery, nervous system repair, reconnecting with your body after birth, honoring the threshold you crossed.

Pelvic & Menstrual Symptoms

For irregular or painful periods, and pelvic symptoms such as pelvic pain, prolapse, constipation, and urinary issues. As well as back, hip, and abdominal pain.

Womb Hara massage integrates both Eastern and Western traditions, including:

  • Chi Nei Tsang (Taoist abdominal massage)

  • Shamanic womb healing practices.

  • Embodied feminine art of sacred intuitive touch.

  • Feminine soul retrieval, using rebozo type scarves.

  • Moxabustion (when needed)

  • Guided womb journeys & sound healing.

We focus on the abdominal, sacral, and womb areas to stimulate the flow of Chi—your vital life force energy—clearing blockages and stagnant energy. This allows the nervous system to shift from "fight or flight" into deep relaxation and balance, restoring harmony between the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.

In this deeply nurturing space, we will explore the Spirit Gateways of the Womb and Hara, awakening your creative and birthing potential in all its forms—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. You will be gently guided to reconnect with the wisdom and intelligence of your womb and abdominal organs, cultivating a deeper sense of presence and embodiment.

About Me

Hi, I’m Miriam

Pelvic Physical Therapist turned breathwork and womb-centered healing practitioner.

I’ve always felt strongly. I could often sense what lived beneath the surface before anyone spoke it aloud. In my years as a pelvic physical therapist, I could feel what women were carrying underneath their symptoms, the unspoken wounds they were trying to heal but didn’t have the language for yet.

I hold space for women carrying deep pain from—menstruation, sexual and medical trauma, infertility, pregnancy, loss, birth, motherhood, menopause, and other life-altering moments. The wounds of these experiences, which pull us away from ourselves, are also what guide us home.

Through presence and intuition I take women beneath their story to process what truly wants to be honored. This is where you find deeper understanding and trust in your body and life itself.

What Is Womb Hara?

Womb Hara™ is external, hands-on bodywork focused on the abdomen, womb space, sacrum, and diaphragm. This work draws from ancient abdominal techniques and womb-centered bodywork. In Eastern medicine, the abdomen is the energetic core of the body

Through womb-hara we can release tension and adhesions, detoxify and align uterus and organs, open the diaphragm facilitating deeper breathing, and encourage digestive and hormonal balance. It treats conditions such as low back and abdominal pain, gi issues, irregularity, painful periods, prolapsed uterus and infertility.

Womb Hara is equally beneficial for women healing from their birth or birth trauma, miscarriage or loss, sexual or medical trauma, and postpartum changes. This work is especially supportive for those seeking deeper connection, regulation, and trust in their bodies.

A ceremony of returning to your feminine body, and essence.

“Miriam helped me moved through the stuck emotional energy in my womb after not getting my period for 2 years. The next day I started bleeding. As someone who has seen MANY practitioners and modalities and never seen any shifts or changes, I was astounded.”
